Sincere Fellowship is a community of software engineers on a journey to becoming world-class.
Membership is earned. Engineers join the community by completing the Sincere Fellowship Training Programme. This cohort-based programme trains mid-level engineers — and once in, they have lifetime access to the community's offerings.

Goal & Vision
The goal of this fellowship is to train mid-level engineers who are ready to strengthen their understanding of the core foundations of software engineering. The programme is language-agnostic, focusing on principles that apply across different technologies.
We aim to develop engineers who not only build solutions but also possess a broad and deep understanding of what they are building — enabling them to stand out in their careers.
The Process
- 01We begin by training mid-level engineers.
- 02Experienced professionals conduct live classes and guide participants.
- 03After nine weeks of training and collaboration, we assess each participant's growth.
- 04Successful participants are then accepted into the fellowship.

Nine weeks of live teaching, discussion, and collaborative learning train mid-level engineers in the core foundations of software engineering. Once in, members keep lifetime access to the community's projects, events, and mentorship.
